This style is cropped to high waist level. Would look great with high waisted jeans, swing trousers or even a casual pencil skirt. Jumper is made from acrylic and has a good stretch to it. The length is approximately 19 inches from shoulder to hem.

The smallest measurement is unstretched, the larger end is how much it will easily stretch, it will stretch further but you could get some distortion of the design or it could be unflattering
